Update italian language #56

Please check and merge.

Please note that in "ItalianBatteryModeLanguage.rc" file there are line 77 and 78 available (about Windows 11) that are not included in english master.

@bovirus Thanks for the work done, but we still need to translate the lines ItalianBatteryModeLanguage.rc 24, 69, 126, 127 ItalianScheduling.rc 1250, 1251, 1255, 1256, 1290, 1291 ItalianSettings.rc 2000, 2001, 2002, 2100, 2101, 2102, 2150, 2151, 2155, 2156, 2157, 2158
