New GoogleCalendar URL #14

According to Google the "old" address will be supported for an unknown period of time. At some point of time the old address will be deprecated.

The URL to "Add to Google Calendar" should be updated from this

http://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE...

to this:

https://www.google.com/calendar/render?action=TEMPLATE...
