Update mass fraction to work with isotopes #2112

Currently, the mass fraction does does not work very well with isotopes. The goal is to update the mass fraction to have columns for atomic mass and atomic number. If an element is in its stable form, then it will have its atomic mass set to -1. The mass fraction should also contain functionality to group together mass fraction by atomic number by adding up their mass fractions.
