Visualize the plasma graph #2125

What is missing is latex support for bokeh - a student could help with this @ianthomas23 @MridulS

I have mentioned this proposed work on the Bokeh Slack as a combined Bokeh and TARDIS project requiring some knowledge of both TypeScript and Python, in the hope that someone might be interested in either possible approach of GSoC or NumFOCUS Small Development Grant.
