Updates lock files to include qgridnext #2817

I ran conda-lock -f tardis_env3.yml -p linux-64 -p osx-64 -p osx-arm64 and conda-lock render conda-lock.yml. It does not seem to have correctly detected the pip install of qgridnext.

Edit- I was on an older branch of master.
