Fixing SPIEGEL extraction #99

SPIEGEL altered the src= tag to use a quoted URL (embedded in "), breaking the extraction. But actually this change by SPIEGEL made it easier to design a RegEx, which works reliably (i.e., robust against small and simple changes).

Also added to this PR:

  1. Recreated covers for "SPIEGEL - Cartoon des Tages" from the scratch:

    • Created cover_big.png (1000x1000 px²)
    • Scaled down to 300x300 px² for cover.png
    • Exported both as JPEGs (from PNG)

  2. info.json: Better matching colour value (picked from the new covers)
