Lobata genus missing and replaced with Lobata order #87

The plant species Lobata folios V.J.Chapman gets placed into Animalia in the 
nub because Lobata is an inter rank homonym with the order being an animal, the 
genus an algae.

We need to extract inter rank homonyms from CoL and add them to the homonym 
informer when building the nub
