Fix processing logic with new trading page #103

[x] If user entered trade, no need to confirm by email
[x] If user selects 'confirmed' on trade, only send confirmation of completed trade
[ ] Be weary of sending to multiple people frequently during the day. Allow "digest" and "non-digest" settings.

Digest feature not yet done, but otherwise finished. Will push digest feature to its own issue.
