First thoughts....wording needs some clarification within the email responses.
I plug in a trade request (as per last email discussion)
I assume this can be for cash, one recipient, multiple recipients, can be open or closed (ie I want to get rid of July 1st for any generic trade, or target it to an individual with a specific trade in mind)
I get an email to me asking me to confirm my intended request
this seems a bit redundant assuming I generated and confirmed it online - this email should be an FYI and not an accept/reject.
The potential tradees get an email saying that I have asked them to look at a specific shift of mine, either for cash, generic trade or specific trade
The tradees reply back to me with cash, generic or specific proposal
I believe this is what the email is below - here it should say that X has replied back with a trade offer - not really a 'trade request' - too confusing
it would also be nice to have this email list the shift which was originally being proposed for trade
ie the proposed trade is as follows: For Trade - Vic 0800, July 1st You Take: Vic 1600, July 1st
