@tareq1988 this Pull Request does:
Adds Theme's Brazilian Portuguese translation
Adds some translations that wasn't at .pot file or referring to a wrong theme name
Fixes the load_theme_textdomain param. It's referring a '/lang' directory but the theme uses '/languages'.
This way the theme don't get the translation files content. With this fix it automatically works fine. It maybe solve the @sjosen question o #6.
