Help!! NetPad fails to launch on my Mac

Machine: MacBook Pro Chip: Apple M2 Max Memory: 96GB OS: Ventura 13.2.1

I have downloaded the latest version of the zip on my Mac (M2).

After unzipping and clicking on the app I get the following dialog!!

I've tried downloading multiple times in case the zip was corrupted, but get the same dialog.

I have the following .NET SDKs installed

Please advise

Closing... read the troubleshooting guide and the suggestion worked for me
