Cannot open: "“NetPad.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin." #105

Trying to open NetPad.app I receive the following error: “NetPad.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.

This happens on MacBook Air M2. Dotnet SDK 7.0.403 is installed.
