New `.Dump()` features #144

Introduces a number of new .Dump() capabilities, namely:

  1. Dump HTML controls
  2. Dump media files (images, audio, video)
  3. Define css classes on output items
  4. Clear an output item after a set amount of time
  5. Dump code with syntax highlighting
