alert log: indicate bundled alert log entries #1598

Describe the Bug: Currently, alert logs do not indicate which entries pertain to bundled/multi-alert notifications which can lead to confusion in cases where the alert log does not align perfectly with the alert detail's escalation policy

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create bundled alert notification
  2. See log entry on all open alerts for given service
  3. See no indication of message bundling

Expected Behavior: Some options:

Observed Behavior: "Notification sent to Alice (Voice)"
