playwright: fix flaky contact method tests

Description: Fixes flaky contact method tests

• use single-selector action
• use toBeHidden instead of not.toBeVisible
• move mouse after submitting dialogs, since on mobile it can leave the pointer over the speed dial
• Update pageAction helper to wait for aria-expanded to update
• Set cm and first login tests back to parallel
• Fixed FlatList causing menus to disappear when new items are added/removed
• Added missing additionalTypenames
• Pass direct reference on OtherActions to prevent rerenders
• Added explicit setOpen(false) when SpeedDial actions are clicked
