cypress: crashes computer #3961

I'm not sure if this is a GoAlert problem or a Cypress problem, but if you run a test via the cypress UI and leave it open for 10-15 minutes, my computer literally just shuts off.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. run make cy-wide-prod
  2. click "E2E Testing"
  3. click "Start E2E Testing in Chrome"
  4. run a random .cy.js test file
  5. wait 10-15 minutes, leaving window open
  6. see computer crash

this is an issue with node v20.0.0
