@sjqnn you think we should update the existing blog post or create a longer followup post? Assuming we intend to create a followup post, my initial thoughts for that include:

API creation (what problems it solved)
Plugin pain (Slack plugin sucks)
Storage I/O issues (upgrade timing issues)
Chatbots?!?
Packer/immutable infrastructure
Time intensive recovery process for large teams
