Clean up course 1 - 5

[CjS77]

• This commit discards course 6 for now
• It adds self-tests to course 2 modules
• Starts the MW-bits module of course 5 (but full content is in another PR)
• Removes some modules that are too subjective to be part of a course (course 5)
