Change base node to run pruned node by default (10080 blocks) #167

1,000 blocks is 1.39 days.

Given the various horizon attacks possible in TariScript, should we not rather make the default 2 weeks (10,080 blocks)?

Happy with that. Currently Esme has hit 11k height, so we can test that
