Merge mining has been broken since refactoring to SDM

When complete: [ ] Activating "merge mining" starts up MMProxy and MoneroD, creating them along with any pre-requisites, if necessary [ ] Stopping "merge mining" stops and destroys the MMProxy and MoneroD containers [ ] Pausing "merge mining" stops the MMProxy and MoneroD containers without destroying them
