CI for registry

Use Github to generate tapplet-registry.manifest.json file. Write scripts to check npm package + extract and add specified fields on PR.

To successfully add a new tapplet to the registry, the following points must be met. Create pull request workflow. This includes:

• [x] install the tapplet with http url extracted from tapplet.manifest.json file
• [ ] check if no dependencies are required to install (for security reasons tapplets must not install any npm dependencies)
• [x] check if required files are included in the package
• [x] check if logo file was added to the registry repo
• [x] checksum created from the tapplet code equals checksum given in the tapplet.manifest.json file by the publisher

Create publish release workflow. This includes:

• [x] extract specified info from tapplet.manifest.json to the tapplets-registry.manifest.json
• [x] add tapplet's codeowner to the registry CODEOWNERS file
• [x] bump manifest version
