New release for nextnet. Increases the wirebyte for nextnet. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT INCLUDE A NEW GEN BLOCK, THIS WILL BE RELEASED WITH THE NEXTNET RESET

yeah the version number goes from 1.0.0 -> 1.4.1 indicating breaking change
