Describe the bug
I had 1.237tXTM in my wallet balance. When I removed the previous build to install the new build(Testnet 0.5.22) and the miner opened I only had 1.2tXTM in my wallet balance. i tested regression and I tested the "Quit Tari Universe" section and as soon as i reopened my miner I saw that I only have 1.1tXTM in my wallet balance. Seems like this is only happening intermittently.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Check wallet balance
Close Tari Universe
Reopen Tari Universe
Check you wallet balance
Intermittently users losses some tXTM
Expected behavior
Users wallet balance should stay the same when there is a new build installed or when the user closes and reopens the miner.
