Background

ocaml-ci provides log rules for identifying errors in job logs and transforming them into informative error messages for jobs.

Solution

The ocaml-ci service running as https://ci.ocamllabs.io has an existing set of useful log rules that need to be migrated across to tezos-ci.

Tasks:

[ ] Deploy ocurrent rules UI into tezos-ci https://github.com/ocurrent/ocurrent/pull/327
[ ] Copy rules from ci.ocamllabs.io into tezos.ci.dev

Outcome

The set of rules from ocaml-ci should be available on tezos-ci.
