Synchronize with upstream

Currently the octez pipeline is failing when run with the upstream tezos repository.

I have spent a bit of time to synchronize various parts of the CI so that it again reflects what the gitlab CI does:

• build
• integration tests (python)
• lints
• unit tests
• packaging tests

Very nice thanks @TheLortex I've put it on the live branch to test it out.
