Not sure if this is out of scope for this project but the purpose seems the same - preventing explorer windows clutter.
The idea is to add some way to join multiple windows with different folders opened into single one with multiple tabs.
Because #1 is not solved it's still easy to get cluttered just opening folders or using "Show in explorer" in all kinds of apps.
