Creating a New Save File Erases all Super Emerald Progress on all files #9

After I completed a save file with the mod, I started another one in which I didn't want to get the Super Emeralds, just the Chaos Emeralds.

After collecting all 7, I quit to the menu, and saw that all my super emeralds on the first file were gone, replaced with the chaos emeralds. Going into the file and getting 50 rings only allows me to transform into super sonic.

2-Heavens mode kinda thing is NOT on. Any help appreciated.

Hello! Sorry for the late reply, I've recently picked back up development. Can you give me more information on how you're running the mod? I've tried replicating this bug in the past but I can't seem to get it to work, maybe a log.txt would help? Also make sure to try the latest release to see if this issue still persists.
