Enable Sourcegraph #1

I want to use Sourcegraph for phpUC-Monitor code search, browsing, and usage examples. Can an admin enable Sourcegraph for this repository? Just go to https://sourcegraph.com/github.com/tarlepp/phpUC-Monitor. (It should only take 30 seconds.)

This repo contains not working app at this time, I haven't got needed time to make this complete - yet. So I don't see really point why to enable this repo to Sourcegraph now, maybe later if/when I got some time to make this really work.
