Add Wiki-Page "how to start logger templates"

how to start logger templates? Where is this button? There is no help or 
descriptions.

I don't support any wiki pages for this project.
I'll try to put a note about it to my blog though.

Meanwhile, try to type "logger", "error", "info", "trace", "debug" or "warn" + 
Ctrl+space. It should give you the idea.
Btw, I'm going to change the implementations a bit in 1.4.1
