{0} is not expanded in Open Shell Command in Preferences

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. goto Preferences, Tarlog
2. Input "cmd /c start C:\Programme\Far\Far.exe {0}" into Open Shell Command
3. OK
4. Run "Open Shell"
5. Custom shell will be open somewhere, but not in selected folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Placeholder {0} should work as in "Open Explorer Command"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tarlog 1.4.1

Somehow I thought you are going to customize "Open Explorer".
There is a little difference in "Open Shell", since it just runs the shell 
command in the specified directory. This is the reason, why I didn't add it.

BUT, of course I can add it. BUT It may take few additional days till I free 
some time.
