add config info for linux/unix users in "installation instructions" web page

Please add a paragraph with customization instructions for linux/unix users.

I am talking about the entries in the Eclipse-Menu Window > Preferences > 
Tarlog Plugins.

On my linux box, I use these to start a terminal or a file manager.

Open Shell command:

/usr/bin/nohup gnome-terminal --working-directory={0} & 

Open Explorer Command

/usr/bin/nohup nautilus   {0} &

Just saying. These options may not be the best, but they work for me.
