Does not work on Luna CDT #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Luna CDT i.e. eclipse for C/C++
2. Install
3. Does not work (I used on Kepler - it was OK)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no menu to use

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows, Eclipse Luna 4.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi, 
I use it in Luna 4.4.1 with JDT and it works.
Do you know if the plugin is installed at all? 
(Help --> Installation Details --> Plug-ins, you can order by plug-in id, and 
looks for 'tarlog', usually it's about the last one)

No. it is not in (Help --> Installation Details --> Plug-ins), but it available 
in eclipse\plugins as per instalation steps.

marketplace inside eclipse shows and finds this plugin, but does not allow to 
install it. looks like there is some version mismatch for CDT in Luna. could 
you please fix it?
