Customize command window

I replace cmd with mintty. It would be good to have the hability to change 
the "cmd /c start cmd" for something else.

I vote for it. I would like to use farmanager.com in place of cmd.

I'll make both "Open in Windows Explorer" and "Open in Command Prompt" 
customizable.
The names are going to change a bit as well:
"Open in Windows Explorer" -> "Open Explorer"
"Open in Command Prompt" -> "Run Shell"

I would use the word "Open" instead of "Run" to avoid confusion ("Open 
Terminal" or "Open Shell").
