Please point people to nbdime #241

Since this project is incompatible with the packages that almost everyone is running nowadays, it would be really nice to add a pointer to http://nbdime.readthedocs.io/ in the repo description or at the top of the README.

👍 - also only realized through this comment here that nbdime exists.
