这个项目似乎很久未更新，并且无法用VS2017编译了，所以我修改了这个项目，但移除了这个项目里修改过的上游代码，这样就基本基于Privoxy 3.0.26的代码，编译成功并且可以使用了，见这里： https://github.com/tomtdev/LibPrivoxy 还增加了自定义DNS服务器的设置，这样Privoxy就可以不用操作系统设置的DNS服务器，而是用自定义的DNS服务器去解析域名。
