GTK 3 port #14

GTK 2 has reached the end of life in 2020. A GTK 3 port of Leafpad is available here: https://github.com/stevenhoneyman/l3afpad

It would be nice if it could be merged.

GTK 3 was not for me and I no longer have the resources to devote to it.
