some update from my contact at Google:

"We are currently working on an updated version of TensorBoard.dev that will work with the Notebooks. I have no ETA yet. As of the stop-gap you can indeed either SSH with port forwarding on the VM or use WebPreview. More proper solution would be to implemetned JupyterLab extension that is capable of proxying traffic from port 6006 on the host, but this will take time (that is why we still have not fixed it"

Since it will take some time to have a GCP solution , added port forwarding and it is working on AXA Laptop for Sandbox project
