vcdiff --version should print version number #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
* Build and install open-vcdiff v0.2.
* Execute "vcdiff --version".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"vcdiff --version" should show the version number (0.2).
Instead, it simply prints the command name "vcdiff".

gflags (code.google.com/p/google-gflags) added support for specifying a version 
string in r47.  That should make this issue easier to resolve, once it's 
released.
