In commit https://github.com/tarsqi/ttk/commit/b946be0199a206ea5ec5a85f43b9f1f51ff8e435 we removed the need to use temporary files for GUTIme, but kept a flag in the wrapper that would restore the old behaviour. Check whether the new behaviour works on Windows, then throw out the old way of doings things entirely.
