Viewing the TTK document #7

There should be a nicer way to view the result of Tarsqi processing. Write a simple viewer for ttk documents. This could be done standalone or by providing a mapping to some other format that comes with a viewer like the MAE and UIMA formats. We could have a flag like --mae or --uima or --output=uima that drives this.

Some of this was done in b62d55056ff5f3b6fd2179ff0bd07d010f619fcf by creating html files from the ttk files, but it does not seem to work very well for links.
