HOME - Upload/Download all Ripples #13

All ripples publications need to be downloaded to the local repository so they can be accessed directly from the server instead of being referenced to dropbox. This means adding a new column for the file and deleting the url column in the database. It also means replacing the "go to ripple" button on the main page with "download ripple" or " view ripple" or both.

All ripples download, all thumbnails downloaded as well. The index.html file has been updated to grab the pdf files from their folders instead of dropbox.
