We need to have a login page for staff members so they can complete their Pisces work bullets from the site rather than going through google docs. Figure out a good way to implement this.

to make site login work, there will be one login for the entire site. Users will be able to register automatically; however, a basic user will be restricted to the stepwise process. Groups will determine permissions for further views and links to those views will only be available to those placed in the proper group. For example in order to access the staff submission page for items such as BPA accountability reports and submitting new BPA entries, the user will have to be a part of the "staff" group. Additionally to edit any information regarding a specific atlas, the user will have to be a part of the atlas_cc_editor, atlas_ugr_editor, or atlas_wallowa_editor group.
