REGISTRATION - (Live Site) - Migrate django-registration files [DL] #31

I added first name and last name as a requirement to the form for a new user registration. This means that when django-register is downloaded with pip on the server, I will have to transfer over some of the code from the development server to ensure everything works correctly. It may just be the forms.py and the views.py file that needs to be transfered over.

Done. Site has successfully launched.
