ATLAS - Add Change Log Function Calls & A Way To Access The Log #36

Add the change_log function call to all atlas add, delete, and update classes detailing the specific operation as well as the user that cleared it. Additionally, create a page for admin where this log is displayed, clearing the log should place a line in a new log detailing who cleared the log and when.

Still need to create a way to display the log, but the change log calls have been implemented
