7 years ago Acceptance letter is now sent out to the recipient email address listed in the generate acceptance letter form and also a copy is sent as cc to all email addresses listed for cc.
Upon the acceptance of a project by the board, an acceptance letter should be sent out. This letter should be written from a template and should both be saved to the prospectus and sent to the user. There may be a couple of additional fields that need filled out before it is sent such as amounts and perhaps a small description. In fact, this may be turned into a form in and of itself which is simply formatted to look nice before it is sent.
