ATLAS - Change opportunity descriptions and comments from divs to textareas #47

The divs don't work out well because it constantly adds new p tags ever time the area is updates. A better format would be to just use text areas... may need to go through the database and remove any excess p tags from the descriptions or write a script to do so.

Text areas added, now they need to be editable in the edit_opportunity area
