What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to use libqq-pidgin on Windows
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to connect.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest libqq version -- libqq_0.71_win32.7z
Please provide any additional information below.
Is this project dead? Latest version available is QQ2010 with this plugin, yet
QQ will only allow 2012 plugin to connect for international version.
