Payment_paypal module lacks IPN support #201

The payment_paypal module lacks Instant-Payment-Notification (IPN) support, 
which would be very useful to have. For example, if someone pays via eCheck, 
then the payment is delayed and the current confirmation method (the user being 
returned to the site) would only register the payment as pending. Supporting 
IPN would enable the payment details to automatically be updated when the 
eCheck finally clears. IPN would also automatically update payment details in 
the case of disputes, chargebacks, reversals, and refunds. 

Basically, it would allow full automation of back-office operations.

Hi Nicolaas,

I don't have a patch for this, sorry. It's a much bigger task than the bug 
fixes that I have submitted patches for.

lets keep an eye on this.... I am sure someone will do this or has done 
already. I think there are several versions of paypal out there so one of them 
might help.
