SilverStripe version: 3.1

When included ECommerce in SilverStripe there are many errors of this type:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in 
C:\wamp\www\framework\core\manifest\ClassManifest.php on line 333

Especially when I do:
http://127.0.0.1/dev/build?flush=all
http://127.0.0.1/?flush=all
http://127.0.0.1/admin
