Maybe you have not upgraded to the latest version of ecommerce on your web-demo 
01/09/2013, since I have changed my country in the checkout and I lost the 
password.
Now I can not login. You have to restore me password.

Note: In case you have the last version of ecommerce on your web-demo, the fix 
you did for the problem of the passwords would not work.
